What we collect
If you use the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, phone, email, website, type of business and city. If you run the free site check, the address you enter is tested with Google's PageSpeed Insights, we read that page, and we look up the business on it on Google and Yelp, and ask Google's AI search who it recommends nearby, to show where you rank. Nothing from the check is shared beyond those lookups. If you open a check link we sent you and run it on your own site, we note that it was run so we know to follow up with you. A check you start yourself from this site isn't recorded against you.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare your free site check and preview, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
Who else sees it
Your details are stored with the service providers that run this business (website hosting, a secure database and email). They process it only to provide those services.
Text messages
If you check the optional texting box on the quote form, we may text you about your quote at the number you gave. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Checking the box is never required to get a quote. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, like where they tap and how far they scroll, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity sets its own cookies and records clicks, scrolls and page interactions; it hides what you type into forms. Microsoft's handling of that data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
